    Nearly every interaction involves some form of negotiation or persuasion. Yet many of us engage in these activities with only a limited understanding of whether, when, or how they might work. The purpose of this course is to address this problem by examining the fundamental principles and techniques in these arenas. This is a skills-based course. Hence, participants will be given the opportunity to take part in multiple exercises that will expose them to a wide range of situations (including one-on-one, group, and cross-cultural interactions), give them practice with numerous negotiation and persuasion techniques, and ultimately build their confidence with these endeavors.
